Jui-Jitsu is a practical and effective self-defense system that emphasizes takedowns, control, and submission over kicking and punching, and is now the basis for most law enforcement and military training programs in America.
With its emphasis on leverage, control, and technique, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu has become famous across the globe for allowing its practitioners to defeat much larger and stronger opponents while causing as little harm as possible. Both adult programs and youth programs at Deliberate Jiu-Jitsu emphasize personal conduct, treating others with respect, and developing self-control. Most importantly, classes are safe and fun.
Adult Jiu-Jitsu classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Youth Jiu-Jitsu classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:20 P.M. to 5:30 P.M.
